Going Going v.1

What impulses would you follow if you knew there was a warm place ready to hold them? Which ruminations would you exhale? Which paths haunting your periphery would you finally turn and tread? Which pebbles would you leave behind you on the page for others to follow?

In Going Going, writers and artists share the work that desperately needs to get out into the world right now. Comprising poetry, personal narrative, photographs, drawings, and a recipe –  and with emergent themes of restlessness, queer movement(s), family history, and venturing into the unknown – this volume came together as a collective exercise in trusting the gut and sprinting because sometimes it feels good to flail our limbs and run in the fresh air and get energy from each other's giddy laugh-screams.

Going Going is the first volume from None Too Soon, an ephemeral press fueled by urgency, necessity, and doing the thing together. This collection holds contributions from Martina O'Shea, Freddie Love, Shon Grant, Demi A D, Holli Dillon, Órla Price, K Angel, Tabby Lamb, Alyse Festenstein, Calah Singleton, and LEDET, with curation and editing by K Angel and design by Donna Kwon.
